Learn how to approach tasks like work and exercise with a pacing strategy. The sessions include learning where to start and how to progress safely and consistently.

Learning Objective : Relaxation and Chronic Back Pain

Stress and relaxation can play a significant role in persistent pain. Learn how to understand your stress and improve your relaxation.

Learning Objective : Mindfulness for Chronic Back Pain

Learn how to practice mindfulness as a ‘super-power’ over pain. Be guided through mindfulness exercises as you develop your own mindfulness toolbox: like being more aware of when your body needs to move differently.

Learning Objective : Learn in a Group

The group sessions provide an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding through hearing how others are applying these ideas and skills to their own pain.
