The Pain Reframe group course is presented in six live, online, group video calls.

This course takes you through a rage of strategies including stretching, mindfulness, pacing and learning pain science.

Mindfulness for Back Pain

This course introduces you to mindfulness practice and it’s amazing potential to reduce chronic back pain.

You will be introduced to the scientific evidence and neuroscience mechanisms of the benefits of using mindfulness for chronic back pain.

Once enrolled, you will be able to watch all the video’s, in this course, at your own pace.

Also, this course provides you with guidance on how to use various methods of mindfulness.
