Who leads Pain Reframe courses?

Nick Steele is a registered osteopath and has been working with people in pain for over 20 years. Pain Reframe is the information and skillset Nick wishes he could give to all people who suffer with persistent or recurrent back pain.
Nick holds Masters Osteopathic Medicine (M.Ost.) and a Bachelors Clinical Science (B.Clin.Sci.).

How do I attend the Pain Reframe course?

All sessions are online, and can be attended from the comfort of your own home.

You will need to have access to the internet via a smart phone, tablet or computer / laptop.

What if I have pain in other parts of my body?

Pain Reframe is a new way of understanding pain and how to manage it. The course is designed specifically for people with back pain, but can be easily applied to pain in many different body areas (knee, shoulder, feet, etc).
