The Pain Reframe Group Course offers an evidence-based and holistic way to understand and manage pain. Over six weeks, you will gain access to the latest information and self-help techniques right from your own home, during six live online video calls.
This course introduces various strategies, including stretching, mindfulness, pacing, and insights into pain science, helping you to better manage your back pain in a supportive group setting. You will engage in nine hours of informative and practical sessions throughout the course.
You will finish the course with a deep understanding of pain and how to manage it. You will leave the course with a sustainable and realistic plan for living better with pain.

The Pain Reframe Course Handbook has been designed specifically to accompany the Pain Reframe Group Course.
The Handbook is set out with sections in order to reflect the normal delivery of the course. Sections include: Pain Science, Stretching, Pacing and Mindfulness.

About The Presenter:
Nick Steele

Nick Steele, a registered osteopath with over 20 years of experience working with individuals in pain, is the course presenter and has collaborated with his wife Jessica to create this program.
He is dedicated to presenting the course material in a straightforward and accessible manner to help you gain valuable insights and practical strategies to tackle your chronic back pain.
Nick also works as an osteopath in private practice in Cornwall (UK). He is available for booked appointments (book online) where he works with many people suffering with chronic pain.
