Who we are Pain Reframe provides education for people with back pain of a chronic, persistent or recurrent nature.
Personal Data a) For the purposes of providing education and advice /guidance, Pain Reframe may require detailed medical information. We will only collect information relevant and necessary for providing accurate education and advice /guidance and determine the level of success / improvement. This data is always held securely, is not shared with any third parties. To be able to process your personal data it is a condition of participation that you give your explicit consent to allow Pain Reframe to document and process your personal medical data. Contact details provided by you such as telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses may be used to remind you of future appointments, provide reports or other information concerning your treatment.
- b) For marketing purposes, Pain Reframe may also use the contact details provided by you to respond to your enquiries including making telephone contact and emailing information to you which Pain Reframe believes may be of interest to you. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of messages.
- c) In making initial contact with Pain Reframe you consent to Pain Reframe maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until you either opt out (which you can do at any time) or we decide to desist in promoting our services. Pain Reframe may occasionally also act on behalf of its clients in the capacity of data processor, when we may promote other services, who may not be employed by us. When you place an order with my business, you will be required to provide information for processing your payment. This generally includes a debit or credit card or other payment information, expiration dates, card security codes, your billing address, and similar information. I keep track of the products and services you purchase.
All of the above information is generally captured and processed by third-party vendors, such as customer relations management providers, payment processors, and merchant account providers. I do not to capture this information on my own websites. Third-party vendors assisting with my business operations have their own privacy policies and terms of use for how they process information I share with them.

Children Age 17 and Under: We are not currently in a position to provide services for children. Retention Policy Pain Reframe will process personal data during the duration of any treatment / membership / affiliation and will continue to store the personal data for 7 years after your last interaction date for Adults.
